Shipping Refund Policy

Deliveries

SHIPPING:

"Allow 1 business days for processing and 2 business days for shipping (excludes weekends)"

RETURNS:

Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date of your item and quote the tracking number. 

Returns postage will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for all postage costs incurred.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Please notify us within 7 Days from the delivery date of your item.

We ask that all original accessory and manufacturers packaging be retained and be returned to us.

Please notify us on info@uksoda.co.uk - quoting your name, the product, date purchased and a quick note on the issue/concern.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE:
All our products are delivered free (UK Mainland only), with a tracking number. Any concerns, please reference the tracking number.

THE RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE GIVEN BY CUSTOMER SUPPORT, PACKAGES RETURNED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED AS RETURNED. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package label.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
